Not only is the computer case sturdy the price is excellent. I've owned three different types of cases neoprene (too thin and not safe for a laptop), Hard shell (to bulky and heavy) and then the swiss. My laptop which is very expensive, is very important to me. You have cushioning on the outer edges of this case, plenty of compartments and places to store your mouse, cords, flash drives and a couple of office items. All Swissgear products are of excellent craftmanship and you need to check out that rolling suitcase below. I wouldn't recommend anything but Swissgear. Now i have the handheld case described here, but going on a long journey and going to grab the rolling Swiss gear to add to my collection. Seriously, if you want a high quality bag, to protect your laptop, don't settle for cheap and good, settle for Swissgear! Oh, by the way, i do not work for swissgear, i am just a business woman who likes excellent quality, at a competative price. So, now you know, who's king of the case! Hope this helps.
